  25. No offense, but I really think it's you that's missing the big picture here.
  26. Yes, the 030 is ample for a base system, but the simple fact is that not
  27. everybody wants a base system, even if there is a PowerAmiga right around
  28. the corner...  If I were buying a PC today should I buy myself a 386 since
  29. the PentiumPro is almost here?  Some of us actually have an immediate use
  30. for speed, and it would be nice if we were given the option of not having
  31. to pay an extra $1000 for a 3rd party addon.

  33. Not everybody is going to necessarily want to jump to the PPC too.  I know
  34. that I personally am not expecting too much out of the first PowerAmigas,
  35. and I think that I'd be perfectly happy with an 060 for a while since
  36. it will probably be more reliable than the early PowerAmigas...
